We strive to provide quality items. If you are unahppy with an item, we will be happy to remake that item for you. We cannot accept returns as a majority of our items are custom made and cannot be re-used. Refunds will be given is you do not receive your item within our Turn Around Time. a replacement of your item will be sent if it arrives broken. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how the package is handled once it leaves our shop. If you are in need of a return or refund, please contact us.

We try our best to complete each order in a timely manner. Generally our Turn Around Time (TAT) will be 14 days (2 weeks). Durning peak season our TAT will be extended to 28 days (4 weeks). We do offer expeditated shipping if requested. We offer rush TAT if requested.

I have always been crafty and want to make things myself. A few years ago I saw a phone stand that I really liked and wanted to know how to make it. Well, it was made with a Glowforge. I said to my mom, 'One day I'll buy one'. A year later my mom bought me one. This began my adventure into laser engraving. It has been so fun. I started in July 2021, quickly realized that this hobby could be a business. It has grown month over month since then. What is now my full time job is one that I enjoy each and every day. I thank my mom, who is now no longer with us, each and everyday for the gift of helping me become an entrepreneur.
